We are looking for two HR Executives (female candidates) to join our teams in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Preference will be given to candidates currently on a Spouse Visa. The role involves managing HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations in a professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment processes and onboarding activities
- Manage HR operations, documentation, and HRMS systems
- Support payroll and attendance management
- Coordinate UAE visa processes for employees
- Assist with employee relations and workplace communication
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
- 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in UAE
- Must be on a Spouse Visa
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Fluent in Hindi and English
- Experience in Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, or EPC projects preferred
