Auriga is currently hiring a proactive and experienced HR Executive to support multiple brands within the hospitality sector. This role is ideal for an HR professional who can manage day-to-day human resources operations while ensuring compliance with UAE labor regulations and maintaining strong employee relations across hospitality teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for hospitality roles across multiple brands.
• Handle employee onboarding activities, documentation, and maintenance of accurate HR records.
• Support payroll coordination, leave administration, and attendance monitoring.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws, internal HR policies, and company procedures.
• Manage employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate closely with PRO services for visa processing, labor cards, and immigration-related requirements.
