We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Executive to join our team in Al Qusais, Dubai. This role suits a candidate with 3–5 years of hands-on HR experience who can handle day-to-day HR operations and recruitment tasks with confidence. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi are essential, as you will engage with a diverse workforce and manage candidate communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Handle HR operations including attendance, records maintenance, and employee file management.
- Communicate effectively with candidates and employees in English and Hindi.
- Support performance management processes and coordinate employee documentation.
- Assist with HR administration, policy implementation, and routine employee inquiries.
Candidate Profile:
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience with a background in recruitment and HR operations.
- Fluent in English and Hindi (verbal and written).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach to employee relations.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
