AMSA Healthcare is seeking a competent and experienced HR Executive to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong recruitment experience along with hands-on knowledge of other HR functions, playing a vital role in attracting top talent and supporting day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with payroll processing and leave management
- Support implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with UAE labour laws
- Contribute to performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 3–5 years of HR experience with proven recruitment expertise
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems
