Hiring – HR Executive 🚨
Al Jaber Exchange is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a compliant and people-focused work environment while managing key HR functions that drive employee engagement and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Conduct orientations, training programs, and workshops for staff at different sites.
- Draft, review, and maintain employment contracts and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Oversee payroll, visa processing, and administration of employee benefits.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and policy clarifications to ensure a smooth workplace experience.
- Maintain HR records with high accuracy and ensure data integrity.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics to support strategic decision-making.
- Facilitate Emiratization initiatives in line with UAE labor regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of proven HR operations experience in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processes, and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working collaboratively in a team environment.
