Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily HR operations and provide administrative support to the HR team.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
• Prepare reports, manage HR data, and support process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations and timely project support.
Requirements:
• 3–6 years of HR experience.
• University degree.
• Strong communication skills with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to perform well under pressure.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; Arabic and French are considered an advantage.
• Candidates must currently reside in the UAE.
