Description:
Dubai International Group is currently hiring an HR Coordinator to join their team and contribute to the smooth operation of their HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment and hiring process by sourcing candidates and conducting background verifications
- Manage HR-related communications by redirecting calls and distributing correspondence to the appropriate team members
- Maintain and update personnel records including payroll, personal data, and leave details both in physical files and digital databases, ensuring all employment compliance requirements are met
- Assist in shortlisting candidates and issuing employment contracts
- Aid supervisors in executing performance management processes
- Organize meetings, interviews, HR events, and maintain the team calendar
- Conduct new employee orientations and onboarding, and keep records updated accordingly
- Prepare and submit reports summarizing general HR activities
- Participate in special HR projects such as gathering employee feedback
- Provide support for other HR duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative role for at least one year
- Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices
- Strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working with HR databases and HRIS systems such as Virtual Edge
- Familiarity with ATS software
- Comprehensive knowledge of sourcing tools including resume databases and online communities
- Experience with social media recruiting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive data
- Effective organizational and time management skills

Working Hours: 8 hours per day, Fridays off, with rotational Saturdays
