A growing organization in Dubai is looking to hire a proactive and well-organized HR Associate to support its expanding team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to build their career in human resources and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. The selected candidate will play an important role in ensuring smooth HR processes and maintaining effective communication across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates and supporting onboarding processes
• Coordinate interviews, schedule meetings, and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and well-organized
• Support attendance tracking and assist with payroll-related tasks
• Respond to employee queries and provide general HR support and coordination
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 0–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of HR functions and processes
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
