An exciting opportunity is available for an HR Assistant – Talent Acquisition to join a growing team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting recruitment activities while assisting with daily HR operations and administrative responsibilities.
This position is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The role involves coordinating hiring activities, maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding processes, and ensuring HR documentation is handled accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support recruitment activities, including CV screening and interview scheduling.
• Prepare HR documents, employment contracts, and offer letters.
• Assist with employee onboarding and maintain personnel records.
• Monitor attendance, leave records, and update HR databases.
• Support visa processing, Emirates ID applications, and medical documentation.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR administrative support.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources or Recruitment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law will be an advantage.
• Retail industry experience is considered a plus.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
• HR documentation and employee record management.
• Microsoft Office and HR administrative systems.
