Description:
A growing organization in Sharjah is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support daily human resources operations. This role is suitable for candidates who are passionate about building their HR career and have strong organizational skills in a dynamic work environment.
The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, employee documentation, HR administration, and compliance activities. Applicants with knowledge of UAE Labour Law, HR best practices, and strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the complete recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Maintain employee records, HR files, and confidential documentation accurately.
• Monitor attendance, leave records, and prepare HR-related reports.
• Coordinate employee documentation including visas, Emirates ID, and medical insurance requirements.
• Respond to employee HR inquiries and provide administrative support.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, company policies, and HR procedures.
• Assist the HR team with daily administrative tasks and special projects.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of HR experience.
• UAE HR experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Arab Nationality preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Recruitment coordination and employee onboarding.
• HR documentation and employee records management.
• UAE Labour Law and HR administrative procedures
