Description:
Capriole Construction Co. LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-focused HR Assistant – Recruitment to provide strong support to the hiring and staffing operations within the organization. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and confident in handling multi-language communication, especially across Urdu, Hindi, and English.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Assist the recruitment team with end-to-end hiring activities, including CV sourcing, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Handle job postings across various online platforms and ensure accurate updates of internal recruitment databases.
- Coordinate with both office-based staff and field teams to ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
- Support onboarding and documentation procedures for newly selected employees.
- Maintain strong organizational practices and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and internal stakeholders.
What You Need:
- 2–4 years of proven experience in HR recruitment within the construction or manpower industry.
- Fluency in Hindi, Urdu, and English (spoken and written) to interact effectively with diverse applicants and staff.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, applicant screening, and interview coordination.
- Ability to handle multiple recruitment tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
- A strong understanding of UAE labor regulations and visa processing is considered a valuable advantage.
- Prior UAE experience in construction or contracting HR is highly preferred.
