Description:
Penta Global Engineering is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our Project Site team in the Oil & Gas sector. The selected candidate will provide hands-on support for daily HR and administrative operations at the project site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support all HR and administrative activities at the project site.
- Manage daily attendance, timesheets, and manpower reporting.
- Coordinate mobilization, demobilization, and onboarding processes for site staff.
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and personnel files.
- Assist with medical tests, EID, visa processing, and related documentation.
- Handle site communications including notices, memos, and HR inquiries.
- Coordinate with camp, transport, and site supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
- Support payroll team with attendance and overtime tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.
- Provide HR support during audits and inspections.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in Oil & Gas or construction projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced site environment.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
