Description:
SkyBlue Group is currently seeking a highly motivated and capable HR Assistant to join its team in Dubai Production City. This role will provide direct support to the Head of HR and contribute to the smooth execution of daily HR operations while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE HR practices and be fluent in Arabic.
Job Summary
- Provide essential administrative and operational support to the HR department
- Assist the Head of HR in managing daily HR activities and processes
- Ensure HR operations run efficiently and in line with UAE labor regulations
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR function
- Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
- Process and track HR documentation while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports, summaries, and presentations
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR-related information
- Support the organization of company events and employee engagement initiatives
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar HR role within the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, HR regulations, and best practices
- Fluency in both written and spoken Arabic is essential
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience using HR software and systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently or within a team
