We’re Hiring | HR Assistant (UAE Experience Required)
A growing organization in the UAE is seeking a committed and experienced HR Assistant to support daily human resources operations. This role is ideal for professionals with strong exposure to UAE labor regulations and hands-on experience in core HR functions within a structured business environment.
The HR Assistant will work closely with management and staff to ensure smooth HR processes, accurate documentation, and effective coordination across departments. Attention to detail, confidentiality, and strong communication skills are essential for success in this position.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of five years of overall HR experience, including at least two to three years within the UAE
- Strong understanding of UAE Labor Laws and HR compliance requirements
- Practical experience in employee management, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Excellent skills in HR documentation, record keeping, and administrative coordination
- Familiarity with visa processing, employee files, company policies, and internal HR procedures
- Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
