Description:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive HR Assistant to join our HR team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar HR role within the UAE, strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, and experience in payroll processing, timesheet management, and compliance. Familiarity with ORACLE or similar HRIS systems will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee visa and labour documentation, including renewals, amendments, and new visa processing.
- Handle labour cards and medical insurance for new hires.
- Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive employee experience.
- Coordinate with insurance brokers for reimbursements and employee queries.
- Work closely with Payroll to maintain accurate employee records.
- Oversee employee exits while ensuring compliance with UAE labour regulations.
- Assist in HR projects and support daily HR operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and compliance procedures.
- Hands-on experience with payroll processing, timesheets, and overtime management.
- Familiarity with ORACLE or other HRIS systems is an advantage.
