Description:
We are urgently hiring an HR Assistant to join our team in Ajman. This full-time role is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented professional who can support day-to-day HR operations and general administration. Immediate joiners are preferred, and candidates who can manage multiple HR functions independently will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage WPS payroll processing accurately and on time
• Handle visa processing and coordinate closely with the PRO
• Process End-of-Service (EOS) settlements and related documentation
• Maintain employee records, attendance systems, and leave tracking
• Prepare HR letters, official documentation, and internal reports
• Oversee general office administration tasks and coordination
• Provide HR-related support to management as required
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of relevant HR or administrative experience within the UAE
• Strong working knowledge of WPS payroll, visa processing, and EOS procedures
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Understanding of UAE Labour Law is an added advantage
• Candidates on Family or Spouse Visa are preferred
