We are currently hiring a motivated and detail-focused HR Assistant to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, well-organized, and has hands-on experience supporting daily HR operations in the UAE.

As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in recruitment coordination, employee record management, and ensuring HR processes run smoothly in line with UAE labor regulations.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of proven experience working in an HR-related role
  • Strong working knowledge of job posting platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn
  • Solid understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance
  • Smart, organized, and highly detail-oriented approach to work
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English

Core Responsibilities:

  • Posting and managing job vacancies on LinkedIn and Indeed
  • Screening CVs, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews
  • Assisting in the preparation, implementation, and maintenance of HR policies
  • Preparing timesheets and monitoring employee attendance
  • Supporting the PRO with visa renewals and other related administrative tasks
  • Maintaining accurate HR documentation, employee files, and records
