We are currently hiring a motivated and detail-focused HR Assistant to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, well-organized, and has hands-on experience supporting daily HR operations in the UAE.
As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in recruitment coordination, employee record management, and ensuring HR processes run smoothly in line with UAE labor regulations.
Key Requirements:
- At least 2 years of proven experience working in an HR-related role
- Strong working knowledge of job posting platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn
- Solid understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance
- Smart, organized, and highly detail-oriented approach to work
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
Core Responsibilities:
- Posting and managing job vacancies on LinkedIn and Indeed
- Screening CVs, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews
- Assisting in the preparation, implementation, and maintenance of HR policies
- Preparing timesheets and monitoring employee attendance
- Supporting the PRO with visa renewals and other related administrative tasks
- Maintaining accurate HR documentation, employee files, and records
