We’re Hiring — HR Assistant (Abu Dhabi)
We are seeking a motivated HR Assistant to join our Abu Dhabi team. This role is ideal for someone who can support routine HR operations, maintain accurate employee records, and assist with onboarding and visa/labor-related coordination in a busy manpower environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day HR operations and administration.
  • Assist with employee documentation, onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update HR records and databases accurately.
  • Coordinate with recruitment teams and provide administrative support for visa and labor procedures.
  • Help prepare and organise HR paperwork, letters, and basic reports.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth HR workflows and timely processing of requests.

Requirements / Candidate Profile:

  • Prior experience in a similar HR role within a manpower or recruitment setting is preferred but not essential.
  • Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
  • Basic computer proficiency, especially MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
