Description:
Mindr is seeking a skilled Remote HR Analyst to join our dynamic team. As part of our mission to provide substance use safety, detection, and monitoring products, the HR Analyst plays a key role in analyzing work processes, improving HR systems, and ensuring optimal use of technology. This role involves supporting HR projects, maintaining system data integrity, and serving as a point-of-contact for HR inquiries while contributing to long-term planning and process enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate, maintain, and support reports and queries using appropriate reporting tools; ensure data integrity and assist in standard report development
- Collaborate with HR staff and leadership to define short- and long-term HR system objectives and develop plans to enhance HRIS applications and modules
- Perform HRIS system maintenance, including testing and implementing upgrades, coordinating with technical and functional staff, and documenting processes
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; review policies and procedures
- Provide production support by resolving HRMS issues, performing scheduled activities, and recommending solutions or alternate methods
- Ensure accurate and timely input of employee data and organizational changes in compliance with company policies and regulations
- File EEO-1 reports annually and maintain other records in accordance with EEO regulations
- Serve as first point of contact for general HR inquiries, respond to unemployment claims and appeals, and handle employment-related questions from employees and supervisors
- Conduct exit interviews, compile reports, and assist in developing SOPs, personnel policies, and procedures
- Maintain employee files including personnel, confidential, I-9, and payroll documentation
- Complete special HR projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications:
- BA in Information Technology, Business Management, Human Resources, or related degree
- 3–5 years human resources experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems preferred; 3 years of HRIS maintenance experience required, UKG HRIS preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with colleagues
