Description:
Al Resalah Consultancies and Training LLC is looking for a motivated and well-organized HR Administrator Recruiter to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys managing administrative processes while supporting recruitment and employee relations in a dynamic work environment.
The selected candidate will oversee a variety of HR administrative responsibilities, including recruitment coordination, employee documentation, onboarding activities, and compliance with UAE labor regulations. Candidates who can work efficiently, communicate effectively, and are available for immediate joining are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain employee records, documentation, and personnel files with accuracy.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes.
• Process visa applications, labor-related documents, and other HR administrative requirements.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and HR databases.
• Assist with payroll preparation and general HR administrative duties.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments and relevant external authorities when required.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of HR administration experience in the UAE.
• Good understanding of UAE Labor Law and HR procedures.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
