Description:
Inter Trade Links FZC is looking for a proactive HR Administrator to manage day-to-day HR and administrative functions. The role involves supporting recruitment, employee records, compliance, and general office management. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities.
• Prepare employment letters, visa documentation, and HR reports.
• Support payroll preparation, leave tracking, and attendance monitoring.
• Coordinate with PRO and external partners for visa, insurance, and document renewals.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and internal HR policies.
• Handle employee inquiries and contribute to engagement initiatives.
• Manage office supplies, correspondence, and document filing systems.
• Assist management with scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Monitor general office upkeep and liaise with vendors and service providers.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support for smooth office operations.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of HR and administrative experience (UAE or India).
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR documentation processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
