LOGS Legal Group LLP is seeking a full-time, remote HR Administrative Assistant to join our team. The role is designed to provide responsive and efficient administrative support to the HR department, ensuring smooth daily operations and contributing to a well-organized workplace.
Position Details:

• FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (hourly)
• Scheduled Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern
• Pay Range: $35,000-$40,000 Annualized

Responsibilities:
• Provide pre-onboarding support and post job listings on aggregating sites
• Manage onboarding administration and employee file maintenance
• Assist with status changes, performance management processes, and enforcing company policies
• Respond to employee inquiries and manage shared inboxes
• Order technology resources as required and conduct employment verifications
• Perform general administrative duties as assigned
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
• Strong verbal and written communication

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Training and Experience:
