Urgent Hire: HR & Admin Officer – Dubai
A well-established legal practice in Dubai is urgently looking for a polished, energetic, and highly professional HR & Admin Officer. The ideal candidate will combine solid HR expertise with hands-on administrative capability and the maturity to liaise with senior management and government entities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, training, retention initiatives, and exit formalities.
- Serve as a strategic link between management and staff, advising on HR matters and promoting positive employee relations.
- Design, implement and manage the Performance Management System, ensuring timely reviews and follow-ups.
- Monitor attendance records and compile comprehensive HR reports and management presentations.
- Lead monthly HR review meetings and present findings to the Chairman.
- Prepare official employee documentation such as appointment letters, service certificates, and NOCs.
- Coordinate payroll-related activities and manage day-to-day HR & administrative operations.
- Interact with relevant UAE government authorities (e.g., MOHRE, GPSSA, MOJ, MOI) to handle regulatory and compliance matters.
- Work closely with internal teams including IT, Accounts, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Candidate Profile:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree and an MBA in Human Resources.
- Possess 5–10 years of direct HR & administration experience within the UAE.
- Deep understanding of UAE labour law and government processes.
- Fluent professional English, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to operate as both a team leader and cooperative team member.
- Maintain the highest levels of professionalism and discretion.
