Hiring: HR Admin Officer
Location: Dubai, UAE

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Admin Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of UAE experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in the construction or contracting industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and personal files
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes
- Handle visa processing, medical, and Emirates ID applications
- Track attendance, leave, and maintain HR reports
- Support payroll preparation and employee documentation
- Manage day-to-day office administration and support departments
- Draft letters, memos, and manage correspondence
- Coordinate with PRO, government portals (MOHRE, ICA, etc.)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of HR/Admin experience (UAE experience preferred)
- Knowledge of UAE labor law, visa processing & WPS
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good communication skills in English
- Can join immediately or within short notice (preferred)
