Hiring: HR Admin Officer

Location: Dubai, UAE

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Admin Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of UAE experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in the construction or contracting industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and personal files
  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Handle visa processing, medical, and Emirates ID applications
  • Track attendance, leave, and maintain HR reports
  • Support payroll preparation and employee documentation
  • Manage day-to-day office administration and support departments
  • Draft letters, memos, and manage correspondence
  • Coordinate with PRO, government portals (MOHRE, ICA, etc.)

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of HR/Admin experience (UAE experience preferred)
  • Knowledge of UAE labor law, visa processing & WPS
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Can join immediately or within short notice (preferred)
