About the role
We’re looking for a hands-on HR & Admin Manager to lead HR strategy and day-to-day administrative operations for a busy FMCG distribution business. You’ll own people processes end-to-end, ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations, and partner with senior management to shape workforce planning and organisational design.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, update and implement HR policies and procedures in line with UAE labour law and company needs.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, ensuring new hires are integrated smoothly and effectively.
- Drive performance management processes, training initiatives and employee development programs.
- Manage employee relations, provide coaching and guidance to line managers, and handle disciplinary or grievance matters.
- Oversee office administration to maintain an efficient, safe and well-resourced workplace.
- Advise senior leadership on organisational structure, manpower planning and HR strategy to support business goals.
Candidate Profile
- Genuine passion for people, culture and practical HR solutions — not just policy writing.
- At least 3 years’ hands-on HR experience, with demonstrated ownership and delivery; prior leadership responsibility preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of UAE labour law and HR operational practice.
- Self-motivated, ambitious and comfortable working in a fast-paced commercial environment.
- Excellent communication skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels and build strong working relationships.
