We are currently hiring an experienced HR & Admin Executive to support day-to-day human resources operations and administrative functions in a professional office environment. This role is suited for a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple responsibilities while ensuring smooth coordination between employees, management, and external authorities.
Role Overview:
The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for assisting with HR processes and office administration, ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations while supporting employees throughout their lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling
- Maintain accurate employee records, personal files, HR databases, and leave management systems
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes and related documentation
- Prepare HR letters, internal memos, confirmations, and routine HR reports
- Coordinate attendance records and provide payroll-related inputs
- Manage visa processing, medical tests, insurance documentation, and PRO coordination
- Handle office administration tasks such as facilities, stationery, logistics, and vendor coordination
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and HR policy implementation
- Support management with HR documentation, reports, and MIS data
- Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and internal compliance standards
Skills & Competencies:
- Sound knowledge of HR practices and procedures within the UAE
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask while maintaining confidentiality
