Description:
We are currently hiring an experienced HR & Admin Executive to support day-to-day human resources operations and administrative functions in a professional office environment. This role is suited for a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple responsibilities while ensuring smooth coordination between employees, management, and external authorities.

Role Overview:
The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for assisting with HR processes and office administration, ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations while supporting employees throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling
  • Maintain accurate employee records, personal files, HR databases, and leave management systems
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes and related documentation
  • Prepare HR letters, internal memos, confirmations, and routine HR reports
  • Coordinate attendance records and provide payroll-related inputs
  • Manage visa processing, medical tests, insurance documentation, and PRO coordination
  • Handle office administration tasks such as facilities, stationery, logistics, and vendor coordination
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and HR policy implementation
  • Support management with HR documentation, reports, and MIS data
  • Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and internal compliance standards

Skills & Competencies:

  • Sound knowledge of HR practices and procedures within the UAE
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
