Big Belly Hospitality Group, a leading name in Dubai’s Food & Beverage industry, is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated HR / Admin Executive to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will handle human resources operations and provide administrative support across the company’s various hospitality brands.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate HR functions such as attendance tracking, leave management, and performance reviews.
- Support administrative functions across multiple business units within the hospitality group.
- Assist management with HR documentation, policy implementation, and day-to-day office coordination.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all HR and administrative activities.
🔹 Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR and administration, preferably within the hospitality or F&B sector.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR management software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with employees and management.
