Green Tara International is currently seeking a dedicated and organized HR Admin to join its team in Dubai. This position is ideal for a professional with a strong background in human resources and administration who can effectively support daily HR operations while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with a wide range of HR administrative functions, ensuring smooth employee-related processes and contributing to a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support employee onboarding activities, including document collection, orientation coordination, and joining formalities.
• Assist with offboarding procedures and ensure all exit processes are completed efficiently.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide administrative support related to HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with various internal departments to facilitate HR-related activities and employee requests.
• Support employee relations initiatives and contribute to maintaining a productive work environment.
• Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative responsibilities as required.
• Ensure HR records and documentation comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in HR administration or a similar human resources role.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and administrative procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and employment regulations will be considered an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR-related systems is preferred.
