Description:

Luxland Landscaping LLC is seeking a proactive and well-organized HR & Admin Assistant to support its growing operations in Dubai. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who can effectively manage HR administration, employee coordination, and office support functions while contributing to the smooth day-to-day operations of the business.

The successful candidate will play a key role in recruitment activities, workforce coordination, employee record management, and administrative support. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company involved in creating exceptional landscapes, pools, water features, and outdoor environments across Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate recruitment activities, candidate scheduling, and employee onboarding

• Manage attendance records, leave tracking, and employee documentation

• Support labour management and workforce coordination for Maintenance, MEP, and Construction teams

• Coordinate with the PRO regarding visas, labour cards, medical examinations, Emirates ID applications, and related processes

• Handle reception and front desk responsibilities, including calls, visitors, and correspondence

• Assist with office administration and vendor coordination

• Support payroll preparation and maintain HR documentation

• Monitor company licenses, renewals, and regulatory documentation

• Maintain organized employee records and administrative files

• Provide general administrative support to management and operational teams

Requirements:

• Previous UAE experience in HR and Administration

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Experience managing blue-collar workforce matters is an advantage

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively

• Capable of working independently and as part of a team

• UAE Driving License is an advantage

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
