We’re Hiring: HR Admin
We are seeking an organized and proactive HR Admin to support our HR function and keep daily office operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR administrator who can handle recruitment support, payroll administration, and general office coordination with attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment activities including shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records and personnel files.
- Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and prepare HR documentation.
- Provide general administrative support such as scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
- Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and ensure the workspace remains orderly.
- Coordinate meetings and support day-to-day office tasks as required.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with HR software.
- Knowledge of HR policies and routine office administration tasks.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team.
