HMH Hospitality is currently hiring a dependable and detail-focused HR / Accountant to support both human resources and finance functions within the organization. This role is well-suited for professionals who can manage administrative responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality in financial and employee-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling HR administrative tasks including employee records, payroll assistance, and documentation
- Supporting recruitment activities, interview coordination, and onboarding processes
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Assisting with financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance requirements
- Maintaining organized records related to HR and accounting operations
- Ensuring confidentiality of employee and financial information at all times
Requirements:
