We’re Hiring – Housekeeping Supervisor | Facilities Management | UAE

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead cleaning operations across multiple sites in Dubai. The successful candidate will combine operational know-how with strong people-management skills to ensure consistently high standards of cleanliness, health and safety, and client satisfaction. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring the ability to manage large teams, coordinate with clients, and maintain operational controls across community, residential, and commercial properties.

Key Requirements:
▪ Minimum 5 years in a supervisory housekeeping role within a Facilities Management company in the UAE (mandatory).
▪ Proven experience managing community, residential, and commercial building housekeeping programs (experience across all three is an advantage).
▪ Track record of supervising large teams — experience overseeing 50+ cleaners preferred.
▪ Strong client-facing skills with confidence in direct communication and issue resolution.
▪ Solid technical knowledge of cleaning chemicals, machines, tools, and safe handling procedures.
▪ Excellent leadership, organization, and problem-solving capabilities.
▪ Ability to train, motivate, and monitor housekeeping staff to meet company and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
▪ Oversee daily housekeeping operations across multiple locations and ensure consistent service delivery.
▪ Allocate staffing, create schedules, and optimise resource deployment to meet site requirements.
▪ Conduct regular site inspections to verify cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to safety standards.
▪ Liaise with clients to capture requests, handle feedback, and implement service improvements.
▪ Maintain and manage inventories for cleaning equipment, tools, and chemical supplies.
▪ Implement housekeeping best practices, update SOPs, and ensure compliance with company policies.
▪ Coach and develop team members, run training sessions, and carry out performance monitoring.
