Description:
A prestigious VVIP household in Abu Dhabi is currently looking for a highly experienced and professional House Manager to oversee the smooth operations of luxury private estates located in Al Gurm Villa and Al Bateen. The role requires an individual with exceptional leadership skills, strong operational expertise, and the ability to maintain the highest standards of hospitality and discretion.
The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating household activities, supervising domestic teams, and ensuring that all residences operate efficiently while delivering world-class service standards. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in royal residences, luxury estates, or high-end hospitality environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the daily operations of multiple luxury private residences
• Supervise housekeeping teams, chefs, drivers, maintenance staff, laundry personnel, and other domestic employees
• Ensure outstanding levels of cleanliness, organization, presentation, and service quality throughout the properties
• Coordinate guest preparations, family schedules, transportation arrangements, and household logistics
• Handle staff scheduling, operational planning, SOP implementation, and employee training programs
• Monitor maintenance activities, landscaping operations, vendor services, and laundry systems
• Maintain complete confidentiality while delivering professional VVIP-level service standards at all times
Requirements:
• Proven experience working within VVIP households, royal residences, luxury estates, or 5-star hospitality environments
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing large domestic teams
• Previous experience overseeing multi-property household operations
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Highly professional, discreet, proactive, and detail-oriented personality
• Strong knowledge of:
• Household operations and estate management
• Luxury hospitality service standards
• Staff supervision and operational planning
