Sakhalin Dubai is expanding its hospitality team and is looking for an experienced Hostess Supervisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a premium fine dining environment. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong leadership skills and a passion for outstanding customer service.
The successful candidate will oversee the hostess team, manage guest seating and reservations, and ensure every guest receives a warm and memorable welcome. Candidates with luxury hospitality experience and Russian language skills will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and lead the hostess team during daily operations.
• Manage guest reservations, seating arrangements, and waiting lists.
