Le Majlis is a fresh French–Emirati restaurant, café and bakery located in Nakheel Mall on Palm Jumeirah. We are expanding our front-of-house team and looking for energetic, guest-focused hospitality professionals to join us on an exciting journey.
Front of House Opportunities:
- Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Commis Waiter
- Head Receptionist
- Reception / Hostess
- Head of Barista
- Barista
Role Overview:
Join a vibrant service team where you’ll help deliver exceptional guest experiences across dining, café and bakery operations. Roles vary from supervisory and guest-relations positions to barista and service staff — all require strong hospitality instincts, professionalism, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Must have Requirements:
- Currently located in the UAE.
- Proven hospitality experience — prior restaurant, café or bakery background is essential.
- Available to start immediately (no notice period).
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong customer-service skills and excellent communication.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends and public holidays as needed.
- Professional presentation and a collaborative mindset.
- For barista roles: experience with specialty coffee preparation is preferred.
- For supervisory roles: leadership and team-coaching experience is an advantage.
