Description:
We are looking for a motivated and data-driven Home Delivery & Online Aggregators Manager to oversee and grow our online delivery operations across major platforms including Talabat, Careem, Deliveroo, Noon, and Keeta. The ideal candidate will focus on driving performance, improving visibility, and strengthening customer experience across all digital delivery channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance across all aggregator platforms and meet monthly revenue targets.
- Manage relationships with delivery partners and negotiate campaigns to improve visibility.
- Enhance digital menus by adjusting pricing, photos, product details, and promotions.
- Coordinate with Operations to ensure quick and accurate order preparation.
- Monitor customer feedback and ratings to improve the online guest experience.
- Review weekly performance results and share insights with senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in QSR/F&B, retail, or e-commerce delivery channels.
- Strong understanding of digital platform algorithms and customer behaviour.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work efficiently with cross-functional teams.
