About the Role:
As a Holiday Specialist, you’ll design personalised holiday packages that match each client’s needs — from family celebrations to seasonal getaways. You’ll guide customers through the entire planning experience, turning their ideas and budgets into memorable trips.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to clarify travel goals, preferences, and budget.
- Recommend destinations, accommodations, tours, and seasonal experiences that suit each client.
- Book complete holiday packages and coordinate arrangements with suppliers to ensure seamless itineraries.
- Keep up to date on seasonal events and promotions to offer timely, attractive options.
- Provide ongoing support throughout the planning process and assist clients with changes or questions.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills and a strong service-oriented attitude.
- Highly organized and detail-focused, able to manage multiple bookings at once.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote role and learning booking/CRM systems.
- Genuine enthusiasm for holiday and seasonal travel; knowledge of popular destinations is a plus.
