We are expanding our HR function for civil construction projects and looking for experienced HR professionals who have worked on construction sites or with contracting firms. If you have a background in construction HR and want to grow your career within a busy project-driven environment, we want to hear from you.
Positions Available — Civil Construction (Construction Experience is a MUST):
- HR Manager — Lead HR operations across projects, oversee recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy implementation.
- Payroll Manager — Manage payroll cycles, ensure accurate salary processing, compliance with statutory requirements and coordination with finance.
- HR Business Partner — Work closely with project and operations teams to align HR strategies, support performance management and workforce planning.
- Chief Timekeeper — Oversee timekeeping systems, verify attendance and labour hours across sites, and coordinate with payroll for accurate processing.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience working in the construction sector (contracting/site experience mandatory).
- Solid understanding of HR processes, payroll procedures, or timekeeping depending on the role.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure on-site or across multiple projects.
- Professionalism, reliability and a hands-on approach to problem solving.
