RFM Global is currently seeking a skilled and proactive Helpdesk / CAFM Coordinator to join its operations team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals who have experience handling helpdesk operations and coordinating facility-related service requests while ensuring efficient communication between teams.

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing incoming service requests, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that all issues are resolved within the required timeframes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage incoming support requests through the helpdesk system.
