We’re Hiring – Help Desk Representative
Little Caesars Pizza is seeking a motivated Help Desk Representative to provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for the Caesar Vision POS system and on-demand food delivery services used by corporate and franchise stores globally. This role is key in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer support across all store locations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical assistance and client support for software, hardware, and delivery service inquiries.
• Analyze issues, guide customers through problem-solving steps, and identify solutions; escalate complex issues to supervisors or managers when necessary.
• Troubleshoot problems and provide application support to end-users.
• Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to corporate, franchisee stores, and delivery service customers.
• Support clients on various work schedules, including potential 24/7 international support.
• Respond to queries via phone, email, or other communication methods.
• Provide guidance on computer peripherals related to Caesar Vision products or delivery services.
• Log all issues in Service Now call tracking system and report trends to supervisors.

🔹 Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Minimum of 2 years in customer service or technical help desk roles.
• Experience with call center software and understanding when to escalate issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with diverse personnel.
• Ability to convey technical information to non-technical users effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
• Customer-focused orientation with strong phone etiquette and problem-solving capability.
• Familiarity with Service Now preferred.
