We’re Hiring – Remote Healthcare Recruiter
Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is seeking an experienced Remote Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team. With over 250 clinics across 16 states, PRN is committed to making a meaningful impact on patients and our workforce. This fully remote role is focused on full-cycle recruitment for both clinical and non-clinical positions, partnering with hiring managers, building strong talent pipelines, and implementing creative sourcing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Represent PRN at virtual events, social platforms, and occasional in-person hiring events.
- Provide recruitment metrics and insights to enhance hiring outcomes.
Requirements:
- Multi-site healthcare recruitment experience (required).
- Preferred experience recruiting PTs, PTAs, OTs, or COTAs.
- Proficient in sourcing tools like Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms.
- Consultative and data-driven approach to hiring.
