Job Summary:
This is a remote, work-from-home role within an inbound call center. As a Service Advisor, you will provide high-quality customer service while handling a variety of inquiries and documenting all cases per company policies and procedures.

  • Work a Monday through Friday schedule of 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) within the following windows:
    • 8:00 am – 8:00 pm ET
    • 7:00 am – 7:00 pm CT
    • 6:00 am – 6:00 pm MT
  • Participate in biannual shift bidding based on performance and business needs
  • Earn $19/hour with performance-based bonus opportunities

Duties:

  • Resolve and enter provider/client requests into the tracking system per guidelines
  • Respond to inquiries using online customer service tools, ensuring a positive experience
  • Maintain customer satisfaction for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Meet or exceed quality, productivity, and service level standards
  • Promote teamwork, cooperation, and customer-focused attitudes across departments
  • Identify trends and recommend process improvements to enhance call center efficiency
  • Collaborate and communicate across teams and departments
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Demonstrate the company’s core values and competencies
  • Handle PHI-sensitive data, as this is considered a high-risk role

Requirements:

  • Previous call center or telephone experience preferred
  • Knowledge of phone etiquette and medical terminology is a plus
  • Strong communication, organization, data entry, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in software, hardware, and related tools, including MS Office
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) and up to 8-hour shifts
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
