Hortman Clinics is currently hiring a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join its team at the Jumeirah Branch in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for healthcare professionals who are passionate about patient care and interested in working within the aesthetic and wellness care sector.
The selected candidate will support medical and wellness professionals in delivering high-quality patient services while ensuring a comfortable and professional experience for all clients visiting the clinic. Candidates with previous experience in aesthetic clinics, wellness centers, or healthcare environments are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist healthcare professionals and medical staff with daily clinical and patient care activities
• Prepare treatment rooms, medical equipment, and patient areas before procedures and consultations
• Support patients during treatments and ensure their comfort throughout their clinic experience
• Maintain patient records and assist with administrative healthcare tasks when required
• Follow clinic hygiene, infection control, and patient safety procedures at all times
• Coordinate with medical teams to ensure smooth clinic operations and patient flow
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication with patients
• Assist with wellness and aesthetic care procedures under professional supervision
• Ensure all medical supplies and equipment are properly maintained and organized
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is mandatory
• 1–5 years of clinical experience required
• Previous experience in aesthetics, wellness care, or cosmetic healthcare environments will be considered an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills will be considered a plus
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and patient-focused approach
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented healthcare environment
