About the Role:
Mercor is seeking an Occupational Health and Safety Specialist to contribute to AI model training in the field of health and safety. This contract role is remote and flexible, requiring independent, asynchronous work while collaborating with AI research teams to enhance training data quality and evaluate AI-generated content.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop questions related to Occupational Health and Safety for AI model training.
• Evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy and relevance in health and safety contexts.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to improve training data quality.
• Work independently to meet project deadlines in an asynchronous setup.
• Maintain access to a desktop or laptop computer for project-related tasks.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 4+ years of full-time experience in Occupational Health and Safety.
• Must be based in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
