Description:
Out Serving Plus is currently looking for a qualified and experienced Headcount Payroll Officer to handle complete payroll operations for a growing organization based in the UAE. This fully remote role is ideal for a professional who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing payroll processes while ensuring compliance with UAE labor regulations.
In this position, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing the full payroll cycle, ensuring that all payroll-related activities are completed accurately and on schedule. The role requires someone who is comfortable working with payroll systems, managing employee records, and maintaining strict confidentiality when dealing with financial and employee data.
The successful candidate will also collaborate with internal departments to verify payroll information and address any discrepancies. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with payroll reporting tools will be essential to maintain transparency and compliance within the payroll function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process the monthly payroll cycle, ensuring that employee salaries, overtime, and allowances are calculated correctly and paid on time.
- Review and verify timesheets, attendance data, and overtime records before processing payroll.
- Prepare Annual Leave salary calculations and End of Service (EOS) benefits in line with UAE Labor Law requirements.
- Maintain accurate records in the company’s ERP payroll system while ensuring payroll data integrity and confidentiality.
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, employee queries, or data inconsistencies efficiently.
- Generate and distribute employee payslips and maintain organized payroll documentation.
- Assist with internal or external payroll audits and prepare detailed payroll reports when required.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of hands-on payroll experience, preferably within the UAE or MENA region managing full payroll cycles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to handle complex payroll calculations and data analysis.
- Practical experience working with Payroll ERP systems and maintaining payroll records accurately.
- Solid understanding of UAE payroll structures, including leave salary calculations and End of Service (EOS) frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
