Description:
Oskarme is seeking a highly experienced Head of Warehouse Operations to oversee and manage all warehouse activities, inventory control, documentation, and reporting. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor all cash payments and related records
- Maintain proper documentation for payments, VAT, and audits and report to Head Office
- Oversee goods and visitor gate pass administration
- Extract and maintain invoice records through the company portal
- Process weekly drivers’ reimbursements
- Supervise inventory control and stock monitoring
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and manage warehouse staff
- Prepare and submit regular operational reports to Head Office
Requirements:
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and administration
- Strong understanding of documentation, invoicing, and cash handling procedures
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and reporting tools
- UAE warehouse experience is preferred
