Paris Group, a leading name in luxury fashion and retail in the UAE, is looking for a highly dynamic and flexible Head of Retail Operations (or General Manager) to oversee and scale our retail operations across the region.
This is a key leadership role with full responsibility for delivering operational excellence, driving commercial performance, and ensuring a seamless luxury experience across all our brand stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage day-to-day retail operations across multiple luxury fashion brands
- Drive sales growth, retail profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Define and implement operational strategy aligned with Paris Group’s vision
- Lead and inspire high-performing retail teams and store leadership
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics across locations (KPIs, etc.)
- Collaborate with buying, visual merchandising, marketing, and HR to execute retail initiatives
- Ensure excellence in visual standards, stock management, and client experience
The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 8–10 years of UAE experience in luxury retail or fashion OPERATIONS (is a must)
- Proven success in managing multi-store or multi-country retail environments
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and operational discipline
- Agile, proactive, and highly adaptable to change
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage and a must
