Versatile Corporate is seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead the organization’s marketing function. This leadership role is responsible for driving brand growth, enhancing customer acquisition and retention, and ensuring consistent messaging across multiple marketing channels.

The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals, lead a high-performing team, and optimize marketing initiatives to maximize ROI. This position requires a data-driven and innovative professional with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company objectives
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, including digital, content, email, events, social media, and more
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all platforms
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and other cross-functional teams
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities
  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget to achieve maximum ROI

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, including leadership responsibilities
  • Hands-on experience in both B2B and B2C marketing environments

  • Expertise in digital marketing and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, CRM systems, SEO/SEM, and others
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
