Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in a similar role
• Demonstrated success working within a high-performing educational institution
• Strong understanding of inclusive education frameworks and strategies
• Ability to lead and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the school’s inclusion strategy
• Oversee SEND and pastoral support across year groups
• Collaborate with teachers to adapt curriculum and learning strategies
• Liaise with parents, guardians, and external specialists to support student progress
• Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion in every aspect of school life
