Al Samria Medical Center in Jeddah is seeking an experienced and highly capable Head of General Practitioner (GP) Department to lead and manage its medical team. The role requires strong clinical expertise along with proven leadership experience in supervising healthcare professionals within a polyclinic environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily GP operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and supporting administrative and insurance-related processes. Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively across medical teams are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise the GP department and medical staff
• Oversee daily clinical operations and patient care standards
• Manage team performance and ensure efficient workflow
• Coordinate with insurance providers and approval processes
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols

Requirements:
• MBBS or BDS degree
